CASE DESCRIPTION: Two months postop from breast reduction. Presented with complaint of symptoms of heavy breasts. Wears G cup and desired to be C cup. No previous pregnancies.
PROCEDURE NOTES: Central mound pedicle with Wise pattern scar to improve nipple position and reduce breast volume.
