Case 3 Breast Revision Before and After Photos

CASE DESCRIPTION: Two months postop from breast revision. Presented with complaint of symptoms of spontaneous left saline breast implant deflation. Desires explantation and reaugmentation with silicone implants. Wears small C cup and desired to be slightly fuller C cup. No previous pregnancies.

PROCEDURE NOTES: Bilateral Allergan saline implants removed, and replaced with Allergan smooth round, Moderate Profile (style 15), 304cc silicone gel implants.
