CASE DESCRIPTION: Two months postop from abdominoplasty, liposuction, and fat grafting. Presented with complaint of unacceptable cosmetic appearance with areas of fat resistant to diet and exercise and excess skin to the abdomen. Desired to improve contour and tone of the abdomen and flank areas and fuller buttocks. History of previous pregnancies.

PROCEDURE NOTES: Abdominoplasty with anterior rectus fascia plication for diastesis (muscle separation of the midline) repair. Liposuction was also performed to improve to contours of the hips and flanks. Fat grafting to buttocks. Exparel was used during the procedure to reduce postoperative pain and reduce amount of pain medicines required in the recovery period.
