CASE DESCRIPTION: Two months postop from breast revision. Presented with complaint of symptoms of spontaneous right saline breast implant deflation. Desires explantation and reaugmentation with silicone implants. Wears C cup and desired to be small D cup. No previous pregnancies.
PROCEDURE NOTES: Bilateral saline implants removed, and replaced with 421cc Allergan smooth round, Moderate Profile (style 15), silicone gel implants.
