This is a 34 year old mother of three who developed volume loss of her breasts following pregnancies and breast feeding. She wished to have fuller breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 415cc full profile silicone gel breast implants placed under the pectoralis muscles. She is shown before surgery and only six weeks post-op.
