Consultation fees are refundable ONLY if you notify us that you are canceling at least 2 business days before your scheduled appointment. Consultation fees are not refundable after the consultation appointment date.
A deposit of 10% of your total surgery fee is necessary to schedule your surgery. The balance is due 10 business days before your surgery date.
Should you cancel surgery with at least 10 business days’ notice to us before your surgery date, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel with less than 10 business days notice, the 10% deposit is nonrefundable, but will apply if you reschedule your surgery within 12 months.
If you cancel with less than 2 business days notice, your 10% is nonrefundable. There is also a $500 fee payable to the surgery center that will be deducted from your refund.
