In your consultation with Dr. Patronella, he will talk with you in order to understand your goals, vision, and expectations related to pursuing cosmetic plastic surgery. During the evaluation, he will assess these goals, and discuss with you any limitations in meeting them and his recommendations to achieve the best results for you.

Eva will then help you review the appropriate combination of services and options which Dr. Patronella has recommended, provide you with related educational materials, a price quote and financing options, and she will assist you with scheduling surgery and visits.

As Dr. Patronella’s patient coordinator for almost 20 years, I have been privileged to gain invaluable experience and information from working with one of the nation’s best doctors in plastic surgery. I want patients to know that when they walk through our door, they will be in the best of hands before, during, and after their surgery.
While Dr. Patronella’s artistic talent and surgical skill are essential to the excellent aesthetic results he consistently achieves, his patients equally appreciate his honesty, integrity, and wonderful bedside manner.

My goal as Dr. Patronella’s patient coordinator is to help patients feel comfortable and at ease during their consultation and to provide them with assistance and guidance for all of their needs at every step of the surgical experience.
As a mother of four children, I understand the demands of balancing family and work commitments while also taking time to pursue the activities and goals that bring personal fulfillment. For centuries, artists have sought to capture the simple, yet unsurpassed beauty of the human body in sculpture, painting, and photography. In the early years of my work as a plastic surgeon, the feedback of patients mirrored my own sense that standard plastic surgery textbook methods often yielded artificial-looking results because they failed to restore the natural physical nuances which contribute to the body’s overall beauty.

By studying photos of the ideal body in order to analyze the myriad of attractive details that characterize it, I incorporated steps to replicate these features in my patients’ surgical procedures. My True Form Plastic Surgery™ breast, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation procedures represents the culmination of my efforts and the combination of techniques I’ve refined through 25 years of experience. My goal is to create results which appear so natural that no one could detect you had surgery and to minimize the appearance of postsurgical scars through strategic incision placement and a scar treatment program.

It is important to me that my patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk into my practice until they are discharged from surgery. I am extremely proud of my incredible staff, most of whom have been with me an average of 10 years or more. Compassionate, accommodating, and down-to earth, they consistently provide my patients with unsurpassed continuity of care and the added degree of comfort and reassurance that comes from seeing friendly, familiar faces.

Together, we have witnessed the life-changing impact that plastic surgery has upon so many of our patients’ lives both physically and psychologically. My experience has taught me that when a person has a positive self-image, she/he is more engaged in the spectrum of daily activities related to work, parenting, and relationships. Because of the physical transformation they receive, my patients find more joy in putting on a swimsuit and going to the pool, they feel more confident about how they look in and out of clothes, and their relationships are often improved, particularly their intimate relationships because they feel proud, whole, and less inhibited.
