This 43 year old woman lost almost 100 pounds following lap band surgery. As a result of the extreme weight loss she developed loose, hanging skin in the areas of greatest reduction of fatty tissues. These areas included the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, and breasts. To correct the areas of excess skin, she underwent abdominoplasty, thigh-buttock lift (lower body lift), liposuction, fatt grafting of the buttocks (“Brazilian butt lift”), upper medial thigh lift, and breast augmentation. She is shown before surgery and about 3 months post-op.
