Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her abdomen and body. She desired smaller and tighter waist and back line. The after pictures below are two months from abdominoplasty. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: A standard tummy tuck with rectus plication was performed. Exparel (longterm local anesthetic) was injected during the procedure to reduce postoperative pain and reduce amount of pain medicines required in the recovery period.
