Patient presented for evaluation for breast rejuvenation. She was unhappy with the deflation of her breasts after pregnancies and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She had children with no plans for more. She wore approximately a B cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full D cup bra. The after pictures below are two months from breast augmentation with lift. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE DETAILS: Dual plane technique (partial sub muscular) with Sientra textured round, Moderate Profile plus 305cc silicone gel implants. A breast lift with full “anchor” incision used for retailoring the skin envelope over the new breast shape.
