This healthcare worker expressed a desire to improve the gaunt, tired appearance of her face.  Dr. Patronella performed a facelift to smooth and tighten her skin as well as the underlying muscles of the face. He complemented this with facial fat grafting, using fat removed via liposuction from areas of her body where it was undesirable, to restore a youthful suppleness to her face.
